The Rhino-Rack Backbone is an internal support system designed to mount inside the Jeep JK Wrangler hard top. Three plates on each side of the vehicle connect to an internal frame, extending the roof load-carrying capability and allowing for heavier loads, with a maximum load rating of up to 120kg (264lb).
