Dear Distributors,
To protect our brands and the integrity of our authorized distribution channels in the United States, Wilson Electronics, LLC is announcing several initiatives, effective August 1, 2024.
We are implementing an Authorized Seller Program, updating our Minimum Advertised Price Policy, and establishing an Advertising and Trademark Use Policy.
Your obligations under these initiatives are detailed in the attached U.S. Authorized Distributor Packet. Please review this packet carefully and act on it accordingly.
Importantly, please forward the attached U.S. Authorized Reseller Packet to your customers as soon as possible so that they can be considered “Authorized Resellers” under the Authorized Seller Program.
