MIDLAND Authorized Dealer Update Dear Distributors,
Midland Radio Corporation ("Midland") has established a Unilateral Pricing Policy to protect and maintain the Midland brand. The Unilateral Price Grid accompanying the Unilateral Pricing Policy sets forth the minimum advertised price for each product covered by the policy.
From time to time, Midland reviews and updates the Unilateral Price Grid to add or remove products and respond to changes in the market.
Please be advised that the changes described below are being made to the Unilateral Price Grid.
